Deposit Policy

A deposit makes it official! Deposits are always non-refundable but go towards the price of the tattoo on your last session. They are taken to A) ensure your commitment to the tattoo design you want, and B) compensate me for my time if you decide not to go through with it.

Deposits for saguaro tattoos and one-off designs are $250, and are non-transferrable.

Deposits for flash designs are $100, and count towards any of the available flash designs (unless you want me to modify a design for you, then it is non-transferrable.)

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you understand the following:

YOU CAN LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF…

  • You want to make changes to the design that were not mentioned in your submission form or at your consultation.

  • You paid a deposit for a one-off design and decide you want a different one.

  • It turns out you do not have adequate space for the tattoo’s minimum size.

  • You are unable to book appointments during my regular scheduling hours (no weekends) or within the initial 4 month timeframe. (See my scheduling policies)

  • You started the tattoo but you’re unable to finish it within 1 year (See my scheduling policies)

  • You are unable to start or finish the tattoo due to pregnancy, moving, financial hardship, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You no-call no-show for any of your appointments. (This may also result in loss of ability to book future appointments)

  • You failed to disclose any important relevant information during the consultation that results in the tattoo not working out for you.

  • You are unable to start or finish the tattoo due to pregnancy, moving, financial hardship, or other unforeseen circumstances.
